Can I try Pro before paying?
Yes: the yearly plan starts with 7 days free. And on this website, without paying, the group and the Estudio have an example marked EXAMPLE to play with before deciding.
There are six of us in the group. Does one person pay?
No: whoever organises pays. If the group’s owner has Pro, everyone in it rides free in that group: rides, seeing each other on the map, alerts and SOS.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your routes are still there: you can view, follow, record and export them. Your groups are paused —you can see them, but you can’t plan rides or ride— and offline only the first country you downloaded is read. When you come back, everything comes back.
Are the safety alerts paid?
They come with the group: they alert the people on your ride, and for that you have to be on one. In a group whose owner has Pro they’re everyone’s, without paying. Dustrek helps you ask for help, it isn’t a rescue service: it doesn’t call the emergency services for you and it doesn’t replace a phone with signal or a satellite beacon.
Can I take my routes with me?
Whenever you want, without asking: they export as GPX, the format everything else understands. Your routes are yours, and that’s written in the terms.
Is there an app for iPhone and Android?
The Android app is already on Google Play, and the iPhone one is on the App Store. Both use the same account and the same subscription.
